Add Vessel Visit Before Current Visit form

Use this form to add a new carrier visit before the selected carrier visit if the ETA of the new visit is earlier than the ETA of current visit. Any units on board the current visit appear in the newly created visit.

Prerequisites

• Multi Facility Carrier Operations Option

• The selected carrier visit must not be beyond the Inbound phase.

To add a vessel visit before the current visit:

1. Enter the following mandatory fields –

• Facility

• Inbound Voyage

• Outbound Voyage

• Outbound Call Number

2. In addition, you can provide information in the other fields that are non-mandatory –

• Next Carrier Visit

• Est. Time of Arrival

• Est. Time of Depart

3. Click Save.

You can view the newly added carrier visit under the Vessel Visits view. The Next Facility and the Next CV Visit columns in the Vessel Visits view display the information you provided in the Add Vessel Visit Before Current Visit form.
